I have a double heavy heart writing this farewell message George because from over 6000 miles l cannot be present to see your final moments.
However,  l Wil always remember all those long and happy moments that we spent together as a family and l will often thank God for that companionship. I will most certainly remember your dedication towards hard work and your endless zeal just to show up and be part of it all.  You were such a cheerful soul and l can hardly recall once when you were bitter.
You have ran your race and we thank God for your time here, we hope to meet some day in the place where there is eternal life.
Adieu Brother George

Joseph Ayaba Ankoh Perfect Peace my brother August 16, 2014

Bro. George's best buddy.

My dear brother and best friend,
my life and that of my family will hardly be the same with your untimely death. For over twenty years today since we came to know ourselves we have virtually lived and shared our lives together. We worked together at SONARA;  you as an adorned and capable electrician and me a first generation pipeline welder. During those great days we were always together during launch breaks and after work.  You were present when l got married and have always been there during the birth of all my children ;Azah,  Anye, and Cho. I was present when you got married and had your children,  and you chosed me to godfather one of them and l have always been honoured and gracious for that.
Through out these long years we have shared some very joyous moments and of course some tough times like when both of us lost our jobs and had to struggle to take care of our respective family responsibilities. During all these periods we still lived in true brotherhood.  It is for all these that my wife Grace,  my children,  my brothers and sisters and my old mother will all mourn your passing.
I will always remain thankful for you faithful friendship and l promise to always see through your surviving children the best that our friendship represented.
Farewell my friend and dear brother

Dear big bro, your early departure from the world was a shocker to me. We last met in December 2013, and you looked very sharp, energetic and jovial. When I think about you, I think about generosity.  You were a very kind hearted brother. God has called you early to his throne for reasons he knows alone.  You will be missed dearly.  Say hello to the departed. We will surely meet one day in eternity.  May your blissful soul rest in peace. Lots of love.

My DEAR BIG BROTHER..NGIA GEORGE,

Even in death, i still hear your voice....
One so soft, one so sublte...
I sit back and wonder....
Was our last meeting in Dec 2013 an informal goodbye from you????
Ngia George, you had the kinndest heart, and a dove-like spirit...
Your benefits from SONARA always  had tentacles extended towards us...
You gave so freely and your generosity had no limits...
A life long lesson i have learnt from your death....
Promises made must always be fulfilled....For time waits for nobody...
Still with a well of tears, i say to you Ngia George...
''Have a blissful ride to heaven, tons of love to Daddy Philip Fobanjong,
Sister Evelyn Ngang, and to all those who have gone, but will never be forgotten"

MAY YOUR SPIRIT SOAR IN FREEDOM..... TILL WE MEET AGAIN.
                             Farewell Ngia George!!!!!!!
